RETURN POLICY 

We accept exchanges and refunds to all items, returned in original
condition and packaging, with attached tags.

Any discounted items are non returnable.

For exchange, you only need to return item being exchanged.
For full refund, full set must be returned. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving, for refund,
exchange or store credit towards different order. 

Only one exchange is offered per item. Exchanges after will result
in store credit. 

Customer is responsible for insuring package and sending back with
confirmation for return.

We do not reimburse for return or exchange shipping costs-
customer is responsible for all shipping costs, returning to us.

Saturdays & Sundaes is not responsible for any loss or damages. 

FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Email swell@saturdayssundaes.com with the reason for
return or exchange and order information.

If you're exchanging, we will send out your new item
and email you with a new tracking number within 1-2 business days.

Please allow 5-7 days for cost refunds, through the same method
used to pay for original sale.
