SHIPPING

The shipping is on us! Standard shipping included on all orders.
A flat $10 shipping rate is charged for expedited, 2-day shipping.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Any orders placed after 2 pm EST, will be processed the next business day. 

Items marked pre-order are available for immediate purchase. 

You will be emailed your tracking number as soon as item has been shipped.
If you do not receive one, please email swell@saturdayssundaes.com.

Saturdays and Sundaes is not responsible for tracking orders that have been shipped. Please see tracking information. 

If a package is undeliverable, customer is held responsible for returned shipping, as well as original shipping costs. 

If package status shows delivered and you have not received your item,
all claims must be made with carrier. 

ORDERS

Once an oder is placed, it can not be adjusted or changed. 

We process orders within 2-24 hours Mon.-Fri. On all US non holidays.

Discounted items are non returnable, for refund, store credit or exchange.
